Preliminary spatial planning & site development concept for Haituo Mountain Valley Ski Resort

Project Area:
7 km2, of which 500,000 m2 is construction land
Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Sptial-environmental GIS based land suitability analysis for construction zones (stations, platforms, restaurants, a.o.)
- GIS based env. low-cost path analysis towards delineation of cable cars & ski lifts, ski slope and traverses with defined criteria
- Ski resort master plan elaborating the landuse zoning, transportation & ski tourism facilities and infrastructure/utilities
- Proposal on desired buildings, their volumes and footprints and parking facilities with marked capacities
