Tasks / Responsibilities:
- General spatial assessment & review existing Master Plan for the regional development
- Placement of the envisioned development concept and business elements in appropriate size “calculated” in conformity with given preconditions, perceived function as well as overall desired effect. The envisioned development to fully integrate with its surrounding development in existing and planned situation both.
- Proposal for Master Plan adaptations for a revised zoning
- Elaboration of the transportation concept in conformity with the proposed zoning plan
