EFG is China’s primary national platform to foster sustainable development and build eco-civilization. May 2015, Urdorf - LEP Consultants AG was mandated by the town of Urdorf (Zurich State) to assist their department of construction and environment in developing a preliminary spatial development study for their northern industrial area, which will be affected by the new construction of the Limmat Valley Light Rail Train, crossing the industrial zone with two new stations.
LEP signed first contract with the new Guiyang Free Trade Zone
April 2015, Guiyang - LEP Consultants AG signs a first project contract with the new Guiyang Free Trade Zone Administration in Guizhou Province. LEP will elaborate a conceptual landscape plan for the main river shore area crossing the free trade zone area in the Western part by applying European and Swiss planning & engineering techniques.
LEP and Jianchuan signed a MoU for the 5th phase of the Shaxi Rehabilitation Projects.
January 2015, Jianchuan - LEP Consultants AG, together with the Shaxiyuan Center for Rural Cooperation, sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the People’s Government of Jianchuan County of Dali Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The MoU is a general agreement for a fifth phase of cooperation on the Shaxi Rehabilitation Project (SRP).
Diego Salmeron met Chinas chief planner Tang Kai to report about ongoing LEP projects
January 2015, Beijing - Diego Salmeron and Wang Lian met the chief planner of the Ministry of Housing and Urban & Rural Development, Mr. Tang Kai, in Beijing, and Prof. Dr. Zhang Bing, Director of the Chinese Academy of Urban Planning and Design as well as other representatives to report about ongoing projects of LEP dealing with urban-rural development in specific Chinese regions.
LEP and Swisswater signed a MoU with Guiyang Free Trade Zone Administration
November 2014, Zürich - LEP Consultants AG, together with Swisswater GmbH, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the new Guiyang Free Trade Zone Administration for planning in mountainous areas. The signing ceremony was done at the occasion of an economic promotion tour of an official delegation from Guizhou Province under the lead of Governor Chen Min’er.
